添付の写真のとおりコネクタ部が破損しました。
Crack側のヘッドになります。
使用後間もなく壊れました。
故障したヘッドを送るので替えのヘッドを送っていただけますか
発送時のトラッキング番号をお伝えすれば対応いただけるのでしょうか

Could you let me know when the shipment is expected?
As shown in the attached photo, the connector portion has broken; that is the head of the Crack side.
This happened just shortly after actual usage.
I will send the broken head. Therefore, please send a replacement by return.
If I inform you of the tracking number of the shipment, could you treat this matter?

When can you make shipment?
As you see on the attached photo, a part of the connecter was damanged.
The damaged part is the head of Crack side.
It broke down soon after I used it for the first time.
I will return the damaged head to you, so could you send its replacement to me?
Can you deal with this matter if I inform you of the tracking number of the shipment?

When can you send it out?

Just after I used it, it was broken.
I will send the broken head, so could you send me the new head?
