商品の発送時にFedexの発送ラベルをDysonの外箱に直接貼るのではなく、外箱を包んでいるフィルムの上に貼っていただけないでしょうか？日本では外箱も商品の一部なので、発送ラベルが外箱に直接貼ってあると商品の価値が下がってしまいます。ご協力宜しくお願い致します。

When you ship out the goods by Fedex, could you attach the shipping label onto the film which wraps the outer carton, not onto the Dyson’s outer carton directly please? We consider the outer carton is also a part of the goods in Japan, so if the shipping label is attached onto the outer carton, the value of the goods will be decreased.
