前回荷物を発送した際に、バラの発泡スチロールが緩衝剤として利用されていました。
バラの発泡スチロールを利用すると、細かくくだけた発泡スチロールが混入し、非常に良くありません。
次回より、バラの発泡スチロール以外の緩衝剤を利用する事をやめてもらえませんか？紙、もしくは、空気の入ったビニールの緩衝剤が望ましいです。
バラの発泡スチロール以外の梱包材を利用する事は可能ですか？

Hello,
You used polystyrene beads as a buffering agent in the last package you sent me.
I don't like them because the loose fragments could get inside the products.
From now on, could you please NOT use polystyrene beads as a buffering agent? I prefer other package cushioning such as paper or bubble wraps.
Could you lease NOT use polystyrene beads any more?

Hello,
In your last shipping, you packed small blocks of styrene foam as for the cushon packings. But the blocks turned to debris to mix/stick with the products when they reached here, which was very inconvenient.
I hope you would not use small blocks of styrene foam for the cushion for the future shippments. I prefer just papers or plastic bags inflated with air.
Can you use any other cushion packings than small blocks of styrene foam?
