前回荷物を発送した際に、バラの発泡スチロールが緩衝剤として利用されていました。
バラの発泡スチロールを利用すると、細かくくだけた発泡スチロールが混入し、非常に良くありません。
次回より、バラの発泡スチロール以外の緩衝剤を利用する事をやめてもらえませんか？紙、もしくは、空気の入ったビニールの緩衝剤が望ましいです。
バラの発泡スチロール以外の梱包材を利用する事は可能ですか？

Hello,
In your last shipping, you packed small blocks of styrene foam as for the cushon packings. But the blocks turned to debris to mix/stick with the products when they reached here, which was very inconvenient.
I hope you would not use small blocks of styrene foam for the cushion for the future shippments. I prefer just papers or plastic bags inflated with air.
Can you use any other cushion packings than small blocks of styrene foam?
