こんにちは。親愛なる友人へ。いつも大変お世話になっています。本日は、お願いがあり連絡させていただきました。先日発送していただいた crown アンプ xls802のサイドフレームが変形して届きました。大きく曲がっています。輸送時に変形したと考えられます。梱包が弱く、雑でした。どのように対応していただけますでしょうか？ご連絡をお待ちしております。いつも、ありがとうございます。

It seems it is bent while on transportation. The packing was weak and not sufficient. How would you be able to accommodate this issue? I look forward to hearing back form you. Hello, my dear friend. Thanks for your usual help. I’m afraid but I have to inform you about my request via this email. I’ve received the crown amplifier xls802 that you dispatched to me the other day. I found the side frame, however, deformed. It’s been badly bent. It could have been bent during transport, I suppose. Packing was rough and not sturdy. What compensation can you make for the deformation? I’ll wait for your reply. Thank you in advance.
