I am worry about not recieving reply about this case from last time.
I understand that it is been delayed because of year-end but all of recent registered mail from your company arrived within 20 days so we are wondering.
I have trouble because I can not explain enough about this situation to my clients so much.
I am planning to increase orders to your company big time like two or three times hereafter.
And I would be greatly appreciated if smooth dealings could be done as same as we had been.

I feel anxiety not receiving your replay since the last time I contacted you.
I assume It has slight delay due to the end of the year. Yet, it make me question because other Registered delivery services I used had been delivered within 20 days.
I feel perplex as I can not explain to my customers the situation well enough.

I think that delivery service would be more delayed than usual due to the year-end, but I am still wondering this delay. It's because all of another registered parcels, except the one from your company, have been arrived within 20 days.
