この件について前回からお返事がないので、不安に思っています。
年末で通常より遅れているとは思いますが、御社以外からの最近の書留便は全て20日以内に届いていますので疑問に感じています。

I worry that I couldn't get your reply about the matter from last time.
I think that delivery service would be more delayed than usual due to the year-end, but I am still wondering this delay. It's because all of another registered parcels, except the one from your company, have been arrived within 20 days.
I am having a hard time under the situation that I can not give any sufficient answers to satisfy my client.
I have a plan to increase twofold or threefold order in large quantities to your company from now on.
I hope to keep good dealing with your company on business without any troubles as we have done so far.
