Confirming the content of the item,one poster was fine,but the other was damaged like a burning as an attached picture.Although this was the third deal with you,it became a very disappointing one.This will not be for sale in Japan,so I would like you to refund or exchange.Could you correspond my request?

Last time, when I take screenshot, the same product (adress below) has been exhibited again, Normaly, problem has been solved. Thank for your quick support.

I took to look at the contents of the goods - Sheets of poster was okay. but I have suffer some damages, some attached images has been burnt. This is the third time but this time was a very disappointing trading. I can not sell it in Japan, can you refund for me, or replace it
