商品の中身を確認したら一枚のポスターは大丈夫でしたがもう一枚が添付した画像の様に焼けた様なダメージを負っていました。あなたとの取引はこれで3回目ですが今回は非常に残念な取引となりました。これでは私が日本で販売する際に売り物にならないので返金、もしくは交換をして欲しいのですが対応してくれますか？

When I have just tried to take a screen shot and put up the same item(address below) again,I could correctly display and solved the problem.I appreciate your prompt and great correspondence.
Confirming the content of the item,one poster was fine,but the other was damaged like a burning as an attached picture.Although this was the third deal with you,it became a very disappointing one.This will not be for sale in Japan,so I would like you to refund or exchange.Could you correspond my request?

Last time, when I take screenshot, the same product (adress below) has been exhibited again, Normaly, problem has been solved. Thank for your quick support.
I took to look at the contents of the goods - Sheets of poster was okay. but I have suffer some damages, some attached images has been burnt. This is the third time but this time was a very disappointing trading. I can not sell it in Japan, can you refund for me, or replace it
