Aの本体総重量を教えてください。
Bの1つに初期不良がありました。
購入したお客様からクレームで発覚しました。
カメラのスライドを固定するためのネジが動きません。
初期の取り付けでネジが斜めに取り付けられたのかもしれません。
固着しており、強く回しても全く動きません。
また、ショルダー部分のパットも剥がれていました。

Please inform me the total weight of A's main unit.
One of Bs had an initial failure.
We found it out after our customer complained.
Screw to fix the camera slide does not turn.
Maybe when the screw was installed first, it was slanted.
It's fixed and does not move at all even when I put strength to turn it.
Also, pad on shoulder part came off.
Please check the attached photo.
Please send one of B for free.
Below is the order for this time.
