ヘッドセットが 1-1/8 and 1-1/2
threadless,Campy style upper with 1.5 lower
のフレームに取り付けたいのですが、
操縦管（ステアラー）が合わないと思うのですが、
ステアラーを取り替えることはできるのでしょうか？
もし可能ならいくらぐらいかかるのでしょうか？

I would like to mount the frame,
although I do not think it would fit the steering tube (steerer).
Will I be able to replace the steerer?
How much would it take, if possible?
