amazonと連絡を取り、解決策を相談しましたが、一度返品ラベルを発行してしまうとシステム上、変更できないそうです。
費用が発生しても構いませんので、添付ファイルのラベルを印刷して返送して頂けませんでしょうか？
問題が解決せず困っています。お手数ですが宜しくお願い致します。

I contacted amazon to discuss how to solve this issue, but once the return label is issued, their system does not allow any change.
I don't mind paying the fee, so will you print the label on the attached file and return it?

Hello,
I apologize for the trouble.
I asked amazon how to solve this issue. They said their system did not allow to change it once a returning label had been issued.
I don't mind paying for this, could you print the attached label and return it?
I am in trouble because I can not solve this issue.
