17年前の製造されたものです。希少なもので、未使用品なのですが、スレや凹み、歪み等があります。

It is about 30cm in diameter and has the shape of a circular metal pin.
It was made 17 years ago. It is very rare, so even though it hasn't been used there are some scratches, dents, and scuffs.
This item is extremely rare even in Japan, so the first one gets it. Please consider adding this to your collection.

This is a Sega all stars wall plate ver 2, which was made in made in Japan in 1996 not for sales but advertisement. Characters such as Sonic are printed on that.
It looks like a pin badge with a diameter of 30 cm.
It was made 17 years ago and rare to find. It is not used but has some scratches and dents and distortions, etc.
