至急!!閉鎖解除＆アップグレードの手続き
口座開設の最初の手続きからもう１ヶ月になります。こちらの落ち度もあり手続きが煩雑なものとなってしまっていて申し訳ないのですができる限り迅速な対応をよろしくお願い致します。口座が現在、凍結(今は閉鎖されています。)されているので、その解除と口座のアップグレードのための手続きを希望します。ただ現在、若干ややこしい状況になっておりますのでその経緯を説明したいと思います。まずこちらのアドレスから日本に住んでいた時の住所の情報で登録をしました。

Urgent:Request for account reopening and upgrade.
I opened my account a month ago. I'd admit I made things more complicated partly because of my fault and that led to the current situation.
I'd request you that you'll take some action to get things normal as soon as possible.
My account was frozen (Currently, it's closed) so I request that you'll make my account reopened and I'd like it to be upgraded.
I'm in a complicated situation now so let me explain my situation.
I registered my Japanese address first.

Argent! Cancellation of closed down & Procedure for upgrading.
It has been a month since I did my first procedure for opening an account. Although I understand that it became complicated because of my mistake, I would like to ask for early solution. I would like to ask for cancellation of close down of my account and its upgrade as my account is currently frozen ( it is closed at the moment).
However, the situation now is complicated. So, I would like to explain progress. First of all, I registered here using the address I had in Japan.

しかし、現在メキシコに住んでおりまして、そちらの住所で登録したいと思いすぐに別のメールアドレスでもう１度、登録を行ないました。そうしたところ、口座が凍結されてしまいました。現在、２つの口座が存在している状態です。それで電話での凍結解除を申込み、問い合わせたところ、最初に登録したものを住所変更する形で登録する形になるのでメキシコの住所の本人確認のため以下のものを送ってください。と、言われました。なので、以上の本人確認の書類を添付致します。手続きの方をよろしくお願いします。

Currently, I live in Mexico so I thought it's better to register my Mexican address. So I registered again using another email address. An then, my account has been frozen since then. Now, I'm in a situation where I have two accounts. So I called you to request that you'll make my account active. You told me to send the following identity verification documents, explaining you'll make the first account active with the first registered address changed. I hope you'll check them and move forward to have my account set up soon.

Yet, I am living in Mexico at the moment. I changed my mind to change the address to Mexican address and re-registered by using different E-mail address. Then, the account was frozen. At the moment, the situation is that I am having two accounts. I have applied for cancellation of close down over the phone. They asked me to send above to identify my Mexican address. Therefore they can change the address of my first register.
So, I am sending attachment of required ID documents. Thank you for your procedure.

書類の方なのですが１点、注意事項があります。
登録住所はビザのものになっていますが銀行から送られてくる取引明細書の住所の地区の名前と郵便番号が違っています。

私が住んでいる地区はこの２通りの呼び名と郵便番号があるらしく、よってどちらも同じ住所になります。
もちろん、どちらの住所の記載でも郵便物は届いております。
若干煩雑でお手数おかけする自体になっていて申し訳ないのですが、手続きの方をよろしくお願い致します。

There's one thing I'd like you to know.
The registered address is the same as the one written on my visa, and it's a little different from the one written on a bank statement. The zip code and district name are different.

It seems like my district has two different names and zip codes but they mean exactly the same address.
Whichever addresses are used, mail is delivered to me without any problems.
As I explained, things are a little complicated. I hope you'll understand my situation and process my account application.

I would like to mention about one thing about the documents.
Registered address is the one for Visa. Yet the post code and name of the zone are different from the bank statements.

The place I live, seems to have two post codes and names of the zone. So, both of the addresses are indicating the same place.
Of course, I am receiving post using both addresses.
I apologize for this complication but I would like to ask you the procedure.
