１月１７日に１０個のレーザー脱毛器を購入しましたが、その内の１つが不良品でした。脱毛器本体側面の金網部分の接着が外れています。また、電源をオンにしてレーザーを照射しようとすると、毎回「ブー」というエラー音が鳴り、照射に失敗します（その他の脱毛器は「ピッ」という正常の音が鳴ります）。商品の交換または返金を希望しますので、ご対応御願いいたします。

On January 17th I purchased ten razor hair removal devices, but one of the ten is defective. The fastening holding on side of the device where the mesh is isn't secure. If I turn the power on and try to use it there is a low buzzing noise and it won't work. (The other ones have a higher pitched noise.) I would like to request either an exchange or a refund, so please contact me so we can proceed.

On 17 January, I purchased 10 laser hair removal devices. However, one of them was defective. The wire mesh on the side of the device has come off. Also, when I switched on the device, it makes a "buuu" sound and the laser fails to work. (The other devices makes a normal "beep" sound.) I would like to request for an exchange or a refund for this device.
