海外サイトで商品をデビットカードで購入しましたが、クレジットカード本人認証が必要という事で
私のクレジットカードに相手方が 01 and $1.00の間で払い戻しをするのでその金額を
オンラインで提示する事によってクレジット本人確認をするそうです。
ですが、日本のvisaデビットカードには14円と払い戻しがあり、＄表示がされません。
本人確認ができないと、商品を発送できないようなので、もし出来ない場合は
キャンセルをお願いしたいという内容のメールです。お願いします！
