配送が遅いと当社のお客様が注文をキャンセルしていまい、困っています。
ホームページに反映されていない、羽毛布団や枕の在庫リストがあれば
週に一度くらいで送ってくれませんか?
もしくは他に良い方法はありませんか?
ホームページで在庫有りになっていて、
注文してからバックオーダーになる商品は
注文を受けてから生産しているのですか?
このような商品はだいたいどのくらいの期間がかかりますか?

I'm in a difficult situation regarding the down quilts and pillows on back-order: if the delivery is late, our customers will cancel their orders.
If you have an inventory list for down quilts and pillows not reflected on your site, could I ask you to send it to me once a week? Or do you have any other good solutions?
Are the items that are listed as in-stock on the website but go on back-order after ordering produced after you have received an order? How long does it take to produce this kind of item?
