I need to know a couple of things before I can start the claim with Fedex. Does it still work correctly? If it does then I assume you just want to get the glass fixed and keep the item and if it does not work you would like a refund, correct? Do you know how much it is to just replace the front? I cannot start until I get more pictures and find out if it is a total claim or partial claim. Make sure I get more pictures of the packaging and the unit also. Send then directly to my email address deweyritter1 at cox dot net (I had to code it as ebay likes to remove email addresses from their message system) I am very sorry for the hassle and am sure we can get this worked out to our satisfaction.

Crosshairs surrounding the aiming circle indicate that the laser is being transmitted. Once a range has
been acquired, you can release the power button. The crosshairs surrounding the circle will disappear
once the power button has been released (i.e. the laser is no longer being transmitted).
