I intend to make improvements on these three areas: to increase the quality of feedback from customers, to not send goods belatedly and to include a tracing number for every order that has been shipped. In regards to the low level of affirmation from customers, I intend to send a follow-up email to customers after every transaction to request for feedback. As for the elimination of late delivery, I will ship the goods speedily after receiving the orders and further increase the lead time. Currently, tracing numbers are not used to record down the shipping orders. Hence, I will attach tracing numbers to the order so that I can inform our customers of these numbers. I have already attached tracing numbers to the 5 order that I shipped out recently.

However, the instructions on this site appear rather late and the response from the support services is not very good.
As for back-up, I don't understand at all what sort of back-up has been made as an improvement.
