同品番で生産国違い。インボイスと商品の原産国違い。23日週に回答予定。A社の下札を訂正して対応。理由については、A社の返答待ち。セットでのA社へのプレゼンで必要。初回は,Boxでのオーダー。9月中納品予定。追加に関しては、在庫がある場合は希望品番・数量でオーダー可能。A店の記載とB店の削除を依頼。C氏に最終デザイン確認依頼。最新のキャンセル品番確認依頼。8月に再度展示会を開催予定。部品を取り寄せ依頼。

The reasons why we have different countries of manufacturing for the same one part number product and also different countries of origin on invoice and on product will be explained by A company. We need that information for the total presentation to A company. Order by box for the initial order. Additional ordering is possible by giving them the part number and quantity for the product. Requested to add A store and delete B store. Ask Mr. C to check the final design. Confirm the latest canceled part numbers. Exibition is expected to take place again in August.

スカルリベットは、A社がイタリアで支給した。数量が足りず、リベットの再手配が納期に間に合わないので通常リベットで生産した。また、A社として消費者を偽物から守る手段としてフォログラムの付いた偽物防止レーベルを商品の内側に縫い付けている。偽物が、流出した理由と日本での対応策については、返答待ち。最後に輸入許可を申請必要。コスト、成分表 、製造工程については、30日週の回答予定。問題点として分析センター検査費が非常に高い。

The skull rivets were supplied by A company in Italy. Because the supply quantity was not enough and also additional order does not meet our delivery date, we have used the usual rivets. A company has sewn copy protection hologram labels inside their products to protect consumers from fake products. The reasons-why copy products were out and countermeasures for Japan market are pending replies. Lastly we need to apply for import license. The cost, ingredients, manufacturing process will be announced in the week of 30. The problematic point is the extremely high fee of lab center analysis.

Participated in the development and testing of performance management system that aims to improve the accuracy of budgeting and planning and realize the more pinpointed project and performance mangement.

I have participated in the project that was already 4 monthes behind the schedule. I was able to finish the development step well ahead of the schedule by inventing versatile tools that can do very efficiently various tests needed. I have contributed much to make the project catch up on time and realization of the system inception on the original schedule.
