As the shipping fee is included this time, I will charge the shipping fee and the PayPal commission fee in case that you would return the item. Please return the item to me first. Once I receive the item, I will inspect it.
When I found the item is fine, I will charge the shipping fee and the PayPal commission fee on the buyer by way of PayPal. Once I confirm the payment, I will issue a refund for $399.99 which the buyer paid.

Oxtail Soup
Ingredients
Oxtail 1 inch cut (20 pounds)
2 cups Yamasa shoyu
1 1/2 cup Merlot red wine
1 ounce star anise
2 ounce raw peanuts
6 oz dried shiitake mushrooms
1 pound ginger
1/2 cup rock salt
1/2 cup ajinomoto

Instructions
Boil oxtail with salted water for 30 minutes then drain and rinse.
Add oxtail into 5 gallon pot with all ingredients and fill pot with cold water, bring to boil and then lower heat and cook for 2 hours until tender.

Garnish in won bok cabbage and Chinese parsley. Serve with grated ginger.
