今回の活動でサークル員だけでなく職場全体の落下部品に対する意識が変わり、

Through this activity, we made a great accomplishment. Not only circle members' but also all office members' view for dropped parts has been changed. Also, a great improvement was made by sharing ideas each other.

標準作業票を見るとＳ/Ｖを１.３秒で取っている
１.３秒で５００個入りのザルから毎サイクル１個だけ取るのは困難
１つを簡単に取り出せれば落下は減る!!!

ユーザー評価を高める
他社よりも商品やサービスを高く売るすなわち高い付加価値をつけて売るためには、ユーザーからその商品やサービスが高く評価される必要がある。

Raise user-evaluation.
To sell products or service at higher price than others, meaning to add high value, those products or service need to be evaluated highly by users.
High evaluation means that the products or service can be sold at high commensurate price.
To add value, you need to have plan to raise user-evaluation(satisfaction).

But when it surpasses customers' expectations, they will think that "I will ask AS again". To receive orders continuously, we need to meet customers' expectation.
