7/23弊社管理倉庫に入荷したインフィニティ商品の280017・280018に不具合がありましたのでご連絡致します。

添付資料ご確認くださいませ。

尚、こちらの錆の件ですが個体差はありますが280017・280018全てに見受けられます。
※添付資料のモノは特にひどい部類になります。

結論から申しますと、今回は弊社にて1点1点錆びを落として販売できるように致します。
なので不良による相殺などのご請求は致しませんが、

①280017・280018背面ビス

In conclusion, this time we will get rid of the rust from every single one and sell it.
So we will not charge for offset etc. due to the defects,

次回以降改善できないようであれば不良とさせて頂き、また相殺対象とさせて頂きたく思います。

今までこのような不具合は見られませんでしたが今回こんなにも錆びてしまった理由がわかればお教えください。

製品の作りと箱寸法の改善によりシワ等はほぼ改善されています。
それだけに今回のビスの錆は残念でした。

次回入荷にも280018をオーダーしておりますので早急に改善を宜しくお願い致します。


②背面のビスが錆びだらけでした。必ず錆びてないモノを使用し錆止めを施してください。

ちなみに納期については、交渉の余地はありますでしょうか？
容器メーカーからは発注後10ヶ月と現状言われています。
