Until it clears customs the label is not scanned and forwarded to the processing facility in Japan and therefore would not show up on the records on the Japan side. I stopped using SKRILL coz they charge some fees if you don't use your account during aprox half year. It made my blood boil and I stopped using them ;-) Unfortunately PayPal accounts in Ukraine doen't have such function as receiving money(we can only send money).
