Since you resumed operations after the Lunar New Year, why did you contact us so belatedly? We asked for PI in December and made payment in January, but the shipping was so delayed - and was not made now to us. Our customer wanted to receive them in the week where February 10 fell. Why did you contact us so late after the resuming of operations after Chinese New Year? We thought that shipping would be done either yesterday or today. Was there no inventory?
