昭和中期の人形だと思われます。
日本では子供が生まれたときに人形をプレゼントされる習慣があります。
ひな祭りやこどもの日に人形を飾りその後は大切に箱に入れてしまいます。
年中出しっぱなしではないのでとても綺麗な状態です。
子供が大きくなると飾らないことが多いので人形は極めてきれいな状態が多いです。
あなたが人形を気に入ってくれて私はとても嬉しいです。

This doll is likely that of in the mid Showa supposedly.
We have a custom to gift a doll when new baby is born here in Japan.
This doll are kept in box carefully except for displaying them on girls festival day or children's day.
The doll is in good condition because it isn't kept outside all the year round.
When the children is grown, many of them are not displayed so that the doll seemingly remains kept in good condition.
