こういったクレームが無いように、私達は在庫商品の管理、新品商品かの確認、発送作業時には商品にダメージが無いかの検品作業、丁寧な梱包を徹底してやるつもりです。
上記の工程を強化していきます。
これからは、出荷時には2重の品質チェックを入れるようにし、海外配送に耐えれるような梱包方法で発送していきます。
