こういったクレームが無いように、私達は在庫商品の管理、新品商品かの確認、発送作業時には商品にダメージが無いかの検品作業、丁寧な梱包を徹底してやるつもりです。
上記の工程を強化していきます。
これからは、出荷時には2重の品質チェックを入れるようにし、海外配送に耐えれるような梱包方法で発送していきます。

In order to eliminate such complaints, I have been striving to manage the inventory, confirme the condition of those new items, and inspect to see if there are any damages upon shipping in order to provide a thorough packing. From now on, I will ensure to be more careful when I do the above processes.
What I am planning to do in the future is to double check the quality and ship with a packing method durable enough to survive during the overseas shipping.
