正直なところ、前回納品分のセンダン材（Melia）につきましては、
反りや割れがひどく、概ね30％は不良品で出荷することが出来ませんでした。
弊社といたしましては、初回のお取引との事もあり、GALAさんに請求するつもりは
ありませんが、今回のオーダーにつきましては、前回のような事が起きないように
丁寧な制作をお願いいたします。
日本のお客様に納得いただける様な商品を提供して、
GALAさんの売り上げにも貢献できるように頑張ります！

I will be placing a new order.
Frankly speaking, with regard to the previously delivered China tree lumber (Melia), it warped and cracked awfully, we weren't able to ship around 30 percent due to defects.
It was the first transaction of our company and we don't intend to file claims to GALA but we ask that you do production carefully so that what happened last time does not occur again.
We provide products that customers in Japan can accept. We work hard so that we can contribute to you (GALA) sales too!
