正直なところ、前回納品分のセンダン材（Melia）につきましては、
反りや割れがひどく、概ね30％は不良品で出荷することが出来ませんでした。
弊社といたしましては、初回のお取引との事もあり、GALAさんに請求するつもりは
ありませんが、今回のオーダーにつきましては、前回のような事が起きないように
丁寧な制作をお願いいたします。
日本のお客様に納得いただける様な商品を提供して、
GALAさんの売り上げにも貢献できるように頑張ります！

I would like to make a new order.

Honestly, regarding the sendan material (Melia) for the last delivery,
Warping and cracking were severe, and almost 30% could not be shipped due to defect.
Since we are dealing with our first transaction, we are not going to charge GALA however,
for this order, we hope same things like the last time will not happened.
We wish for a detailed production.
