反りや割れがひどく、概ね30％は不良品で出荷することが出来ませんでした。
弊社といたしましては、初回のお取引との事もあり、GALAさんに請求するつもりは
ありませんが、今回のオーダーにつきましては、前回のような事が起きないように
丁寧な制作をお願いいたします。

現在のところ、キャスターの色の変更はありませんが、
同じ大きさで、黒色のキャスターはありますか？
黒色のキャスターがあれば、一度写真でお送りいただけますか？

サンプル制作時と、サイズが若干変わっている場合もございますので、

I will be placing a new order.
Frankly speaking, with regard to the previously delivered China tree lumber (Melia), it warped and cracked awfully, we weren't able to ship around 30 percent due to defects.
It was the first transaction of our company and we don't intend to file claims to GALA but we ask that you do production carefully so that what happened last time does not occur again.
We provide products that customers in Japan can accept. We work hard so that we can contribute to you (GALA) sales too!

As of now, we have no changes to the color of the castor but do you have black castor in the same size?
If you have black castor, can you send pictures for now?
We have collated in the attached file all the precautions of each item.
There have been cases when some samples that were made had their sizes changed so please make sure to check the attached file.
