タンクの下のバルブが小さいため、必要な量の水を循環できていないかもしれません。
1/2inchサイズのバルブであるが、バルブのorifice plateで流路が狭まり、それが影響を与えている可能性があります。
バルブを1/2inch以上のものに交換するか、ドレン側のバルブを使用して、脱気を試してみて下さい。
また、タンク上部のバルブにはホースを付け、タンク下のバルブとは離れるようにしてください。

装置を2台使用して脱気を行えば、理論上、2倍の速度で脱気することが可能です。

As the bulb beneath the tank is small, there may not be enough required water circulation.
This may be caused by the bulb being a 1/2inch size or the orifice plate of the bulb restricting the flow.
Please try degassing by exchanging the bulb with another that is bigger than 1/2inch or by using the bulb from the drain.
Also, attach a hose to the bulb on the upper side of the tank and separate it from the bulk beneath the tank.

Theoratically, if you set up 2 devices for degassing, degas can take place at twice the speed.
