私は制作の一部を外部の制作会社に依頼しています。
Aの署名をお願いしましたが、まだ完成した書類をいただいていません
制作会社の書類は、サインをもらい次第、改めて提出します。
締め切りに間に合わず、お手数おかけしてしまい、申し訳ございません


オーダーの依頼はその後いかがでしょうか？
制作期間は1ヶ月間の予定でしたが、
5月に大型連休があるため、工場の生産もお休みになります。
そのため商品の完成は、5月後半になりそうです。
お待たせしてしまいすいません。

I am outsourcing a part of the production to an external production company.
I requested for A's sign but the complete document has not been sent to me as of yet.
The production company's document will be resubmitted as soon as it is signed.
I am sorry for missing the deadline and troubling you.

What has happened to the order request since then?
The production period was supposed to be for 1 month, but there will be a 10-day-public holidays in May and the factory will be closed during the period. For this reason the production of the item will be complete in the latter half of May.
