備考: 先日下記ネガティブフィードバックをもらった方への評価変更願いのメッセージです。なかなか変更してもらうことは難しいと思いますが、何とか上手く伝えられたらと思います。

殆どのご購入者様には早く届き大変喜んで頂いておりますが、ご不在がちの方には今回のように大変ご不便をおかけすることもあり、必ずしも良いことではないということがわかりました。今後はこのことを真摯に受け止め、ご購入者様に発送方法を選択できるようにしたいと思っております。(今回のように低額商品の場合はSAL便でもよいのかもしれません。SAL便はお届けまで2〜3週間かかりますが…) もしできましたら私のネガティブ評価を変更して頂けないでしょうか ? ご連絡の程宜しくお願い致します。

In most cases, items get delivered faster to satisfy our customers, but we learned that this is not necessarily a good method for those customers who tend to be out of their house like you may find it a major inconvenience. We will take this seriously and would like to avail the shipping methods for our customers to choose from (If the price of the item is low like this time, SAL maybe good although it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get delivered though...). If possible, would you please consider modifying the negative rating against me? Your response would be appreciated.
