備考: ebayでマイナス評価をもらったので、ebay側に対応を依頼する文章です。

私とバイヤーさんとのメッセージを確認して頂けますか？
関税の件でスペインのバイヤーさんとメッセージのやり取りを３，４回しました。
関税が払えないから１部払って下さい。という内容のメッセージです。場合によってはネガティブを付けます。
とメッセージで言ってきましたが、今日ネガティブを付けてきました。
ただ、ネガティブのコメントは写真と違うというメッセージでしたが、
以前のメッセージでは写真と違うなどと私は一切言われていません。
これはネガティブを付けるための言い訳です。
ご確認お願いします。

Would you please confirm the message between the buyer and me?
We have interacted three to four times regarding the customs with the Spanish buyer.
The message was about requesting me to pay a part of the tariff because he cannot afford for it.
As he warned me to rate me negatively, he did so today.
However since the negative comment was that the item received was different from the one in the picture, such complaint was never received at my end.
This is just an excuse for rating negative.
Please kindly confirm.
