振込金額に振込手数料を加算しないで、振込金額から振り込み手数料を引いてしまいます

その為、お願いした請求金額より低い金額が当店へ振り込まれてしまいます

ペイパルのシステムはとても分かりづらいと思いますが
当店へ振り込まれる金額が、請求金額になるようにご確認いただけたらありがたいです

Regarding the charge you stated, it is not my charge , it is a conversion charge incurring from USD to JPY.
Payment system for PayPal deducts the handling charge out of transferred total, not adding handling charge to transferred total.
For this reason, the lower amount will be transferred for me than our requested total on the invoice.
The payment transfer system at PayPal is just hard to understand, but I am delighted that you would make sure
for being the same for both transferred and invoiced amount ?
