paypalで確認しましたが、2回払い込みをしていて、何故か2回ともpendingの状態で止まっています。completedされてません。こんなケースは初めてです。原因か何かわからないですが、振込みができない以上は、今回のオーダーをいったんキャンセルしたいと思います。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、キャンセルの手続きをお願いします。

I confirmed with PayPal that there were two payments made and both of which have been pended and the transactions are not complete.
I have never faced with a case as such. Although I do not know the cause, I would like to cancel the order since the fund transfer is not working. I am sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused, but please cancel my order.
