日本郵便は利用者に開示していない規制をこの商品に適用しました。
私達はその規制を日本郵便に通知されていませんでした。

この商品の充電ケースとイヤホンを一つの貨物として送ることができません。

私達はこれまでこの商品を日本郵便で送りました。しかし、問題は起こりませんでした。

もし、この商品を送る場合、この貨物を私達に一度戻して、充電ケースとイヤホンを分けて送る必要があります。
