She has acquired a native level of English speaking skill after she worked overseas for ten years.
Also she has mastered the technology for X and Y, and owns the operation skill for them.
Based of those facts, I expect she would work the best in the position of A lead.

I think one of our major efforts next year is to expand MS. In order to achieve this, we need to establish a MS dedicated team in Japan.
