商品の発送をありがとうございました。月曜日の夕方に無事受取りました。丁寧なパッキングのお陰で、商品破損もなく綺麗な状態で届いております。
返送書類は、水曜日に航空便で発送しました。10日～14日で到着します。
また今日は会社のロゴマークの送信ありがとうございました。
新しいオーダー表を4/6送信しています。まだ見積りが届いていません。
お忙しいとは思いますが、送料を含めた支払い合計金額が計算できましたら、お知らせください。

Thank you for shipping the merchandise. I have received it Monday evening without any issue. It was delivered in a fine condition without any damage all thanks to your thorough packing.
The return document was sent on Wednesday by air. It should arrive in between 10-14 days.

I have sent you a new order placement form on 4/6. However I have not received the quote as of yet.
I believe you are busy but please let me know once the calculation of the total amount including shipping fee is done.
