薬液洗浄の目的は、熱処理で出る可能性のある炭化物等の除去を行うためです。
なぜこの2種類の薬液を使うかと言うと、今までの経験で一番効果が出たからです。
メンブレンの状態をみて、合格か不合格を決めます。
上段の写真は、メンブレンが着色していたり、異物が多いのがわかると思います。
これは不合格品となり、再度洗浄を行います。どの工程からやり直すかは、別途技術部と協議して決めています。
下段の写真が合格品です。
The aim to wash with medicinal solution is to get rid of carbide etc. possibly created by heat treatment. We use these two kinds of medicinal solutions because they were the most effective so far.
We will observe the membrane and decide acceptable or not.
The photo above shows the membrane with stains and foreign matters as you can see.
It is a reject and need to be washed again.
We consult technical division to decide from what stage we should start again.
