薬液洗浄の目的は、熱処理で出る可能性のある炭化物等の除去を行うためです。
なぜこの2種類の薬液を使うかと言うと、今までの経験で一番効果が出たからです。

メンブレンの状態をみて、合格か不合格を決めます。
上段の写真は、メンブレンが着色していたり、異物が多いのがわかると思います。
これは不合格品となり、再度洗浄を行います。どの工程からやり直すかは、別途技術部と協議して決めています。
下段の写真が合格品です。
