備考: マンションの管理会社から、メンテナンス塗装が必要な箇所の連絡をするように通達があったので、その返信です。

現時点で、塗装が必要と思われる箇所の写真を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
場所は、リビング、マスターベッドルーム、3rd ベッドルームの各バルコニーと、エレベーター共有エリアにある小さな吹き抜けです(我が家の玄関ドアと非常口の中間にある)

At this point in time, I have attached the photo of the part which supposedly needs to be painted so please kindly confirm.
As for the place, it will be the balconies of the living room, master bedroom and 3rd bedroom as well as the stairwell at the common area of the elevator. (It's between the entrance way of my house and the emergency exit)
