備考: マンションの管理会社から、メンテナンス塗装が必要な箇所の連絡をするように通達があったので、その返信です。

現時点で、塗装が必要と思われる箇所の写真を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
場所は、リビング、マスターベッドルーム、3rd ベッドルームの各バルコニーと、エレベーター共有エリアにある小さな吹き抜けです(我が家の玄関ドアと非常口の中間にある)

Please check out the attached images of the areas where I think should be painted at this point.
The areas are the living room, master bedroom, each balcony of third bedroom and the little stairwell located in the public elevator space (it is located in the middle point between the entrance door of my house and the emergency exit).
