現時点で、塗装が必要と思われる箇所の写真を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
場所は、リビング、マスターベッドルーム、3rd ベッドルームの各バルコニーと、エレベーター共有エリアにある小さな吹き抜けです(我が家の玄関ドアと非常口の中間にある)
