現時点で、塗装が必要と思われる箇所の写真を添付しましたので、ご確認下さい。
場所は、リビング、マスターベッドルーム、3rd ベッドルームの各バルコニーと、エレベーター共有エリアにある小さな吹き抜けです(我が家の玄関ドアと非常口の中間にある)

I attached the photographs of spots we would need to paint at this moment. Please find them.
The location are at each balcony in the living room, the master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom, and also at a small colonnade in the elevator shared area (located between our entrance door and the emergency exit).
