ブルーレイプレーヤーを使用して3日目に故障しました。
ブルーレイプレーヤーでブルーレイを再生中に突然画面がフリーズしました。
また、リモコンにも反応しなくなりました。
仕方なくアダプターを外して電源を切りました。
その後から、ブルーレイプレーヤーの電源が入らず、再生中だったブルーレイが取り出せないままの状態です。
ブルーレイプレーヤーからブルーレイを取り出して、修理もしくは交換していただけないでしょうか。

After using the blue ray player for three days, it got broken.
The screen froze all of the sudden while playing a blue ray with the blue ray player.
The remote controller stopped reacting, too.
So I had no choice but removing the adapter and turned off the power.
But since then the blue ray player does not get turned on, so the blue ray that was playing is still stuck in it.
Could you please remove the blue ray from the blue ray player and fix/replace it?
