ブルーレイプレーヤーを使用して3日目に故障しました。
ブルーレイプレーヤーでブルーレイを再生中に突然画面がフリーズしました。
また、リモコンにも反応しなくなりました。
仕方なくアダプターを外して電源を切りました。
その後から、ブルーレイプレーヤーの電源が入らず、再生中だったブルーレイが取り出せないままの状態です。
ブルーレイプレーヤーからブルーレイを取り出して、修理もしくは交換していただけないでしょうか。

Blue ray player broke down on the third day of use.
The screen suddenly froze upon playing a blue ray disc.
Player will also not response to remote controller.
There was no choice but to take off the adapter and turn the power down.
Thereafter, power of the player will not turn on and disc can not be removed.
Can the blue ray disc be taken from the player and be repaired or changed?
