日本郵便は、発送した人からの問い合わせでなければ、調査するために動かないみたいです
しかし、海外からの問い合わせは受け付けていないようです
(英語対応している様ですが、国内のみ)

とりあえず、あなたからの報告で「27日に日本の税関にログインしている」とのことを知って、

The tracking information has not been updated in Japan Post Office side.
It seems that Japan Post Office would not take any action unless the sender makes an inquiry.
But, they do not seem to receive any inquiry from overseas countries.
(They accept English, but only for domestic customers.)

For the time being, I now understand that the package logged in Japanese customs on the 27th by your report. So I will believe it and will wait for one more week.
Once you get some new information regarding the transport of the item, please let me know about the update again.
