本日、別便で発送して頂いた商品 : ●●●が届きました。
早速確認したところ他の商品は問題ないのですが、”BLACK CASHMERE”だけ、中身が違うオイルが入っていました。

私は仕事上、この”BLACK CASHMERE”のオイルが必要でずっと発送されるのを待っていました。
このオイルがないと、私の仕事にも悪影響が及び、顧客へも迷惑が掛かるので大変困っています。

この件は、問題が解決するまで引き続きPaypalへクレームを出し続けます。
早急な対応よろしくお願いします。

Today the items sent by other shipment: ●●● was arrived.
Otherwise there are no problem on other items whenI immediately checked , only ”BLACK CASHMERE” contain other internal oil.

Upon this work, I need the oil of ”BLACK CASHMERE”have waited the shipment for a long time.
Without this oil, it will affect to my work negatively and I am afraid to bother my customer.

I will continuously keep making claim to paypal will the problem solved for this case.
